We offer three inter-related services covering FINMA regulated capital raising, cross-border corporate development, as well as corporate venturing and direct investments. Most recently, we established a dedicated principal investment platform focused on industrial innovation, to support companies in acquiring new business capabilities.

We have previously supported the internationalisation strategy of HDFC, IIFL, and Tata Capital and advised industrial leaders such as Reliance and Jubilant Group. Our board members include the Chairman of the Finance Commission of India, as well leaders of European and Indian industry, while we maintain close links with Indian Chambers of Commerce.

We have worked in top-tier banks, including UBS, Deutsche Bank, and RBS Coutts, technology companies such as Hughes and Lucent, and industrial firms such as Siemens, Ambuja Realty, and SREI Group.
