MANAGING PARTNER

Trivan founded Anchor Group in 2007, having spent over 12 years in asset and portfolio management. He was previously Head of RBS Coutts Investment Services for Switzerland and before that a Senior Investment Advisor at Citibank. Trivan has an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne, an M.Sc. in Finance from ESC in Lyon, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and speaks fluent English and French.

MANAGING PARTNER

Andriana has over 10 years of experience in asset and wealth management. Prior to joining Anchor, she held senior Investment Advisor positions in RBS Coutts and Deutsche Bank in Geneva leading growth of UHNW client portfolios across asset classes. Andriana has a B.Sc. in Finance and Banking Management from the University of Piraeus in Greece and the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK. She speaks fluent English, French, Italian, and Greek.

MANAGING PARTNER

Dweep has over 10 years of experience advising or investing in companies across the growth cycle in Industrial IoT, financial services, energy, and consumer sectors in the US, Europe, and Asia. He was previously Head of Venture Investments at Momenta Partners, where he led 7 industrial IoT investments. Previously he was Managing Director at Touchstone Ventures, a direct investment firm advising family offices on growth-stage investments, served as Director, Strategy and Business Development for Family Services at UBS Wealth Management, and led a UN financed market entry and financing program in Kenya. A telecommunications engineer by training, he worked for over 6 years with Lucent and Hughes. He has worked in India, the USA, Kenya, and China and is currently based in Switzerland.

GENERAL COUNSEL

Raphaël Rey is an expert in financial and international company law. After being admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2001, Raphael worked at UBS Wealth Management & Business Banking, in Financial Planning and Strategic Development & Management. Since 2013, Raphaël has been a practicing partner at Banna & Quinodoz. Raphaël was born in 1973 and obtained his law degree from the University of Geneva in 1997.

Curt has over 20 years of experience holding senior positions in Nomura, ING Barings & Nikko advising institutional clients on both portfolio management and trading strategies. He has in-depth knowledge of emerging markets and has been instrumental in advising major Swiss institutions on their investments in Asia. Most recently, Curt was Head of the Advisory Desk for Financial Intermediaries and Family Offices at Bank Sarasin. Curt holds a B.A. in Speech Communications and Rhetoric, Lynchburg College, Virginia and Masters in Finance from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri.

Raghav is co-founder of India’s third largest angel network and co-founder of Neoleap, East India’s first private startup accelerator. In the past he has been part of the management team of Brand Capital, an initiative of the Times of India Group, which grew to become a USD 1bn program, and was in the strategy and alliances team of a USD 200mn greenfield real estate fund for Ambuja Realty and a USD 250mn infrastructure fund for SREI Group. Raghav holds an MBA from University of Leeds, UK.

Wolfgang Lehmacher is a global thought leader and practitioner in supply chain and logistics. He was Director, Head of Supply Chain and Transport Industries at the World Economic Forum in Geneva and New York, Partner and Managing Director (China and India) at the global strategy firm CVA in Hong Kong, and President and CEO of GeoPost Intercontinental, the global expansion vehicle of French La Poste in Paris. He is assisting stakeholders across the global supply chain ecosystem – from startups, to asset owners, to Fortune 50 companies – in upscaling and transforming their organizations. He is judge Automotive Logistics Awards Europe, member of the IATA Air Cargo Innovation Awards Jury and the Logistikweisen, a think tank under the patronage of the German Federal Ministry BMVI. Lehmacher is FT, Forbes, Fortune, BI contributor and author of business books, including The Global Supply Chain.

Michael Väth is a global technology expert and experienced senior executive, with more than 30 years of experience. He worked for European, American, and Asian companies, where he managed international teams in large and midsize tech firms. He was the Global Business Innovation at Hitachi Ltd., General Manager of Hitachi Data Systems EMEA, and Head of Global Sales & Marketing at Kontron AG. His experience in Enterprise Software, IoT, SaaS, AI, PropTech, Big Data, Digital Transformation, ESG, Digital Identity, Payment Technologies, and Data Center Tech make him a sought-after partner.

He serves on international boards and is an investor in deep-tech startups, with a focus on company building, business scaling, and restructuring. At the university RWTH Aachen, he is a mentor of their startup incubation program. Michael was a founding and long-time board member of BITKOM, the German Digital Association. He spoke at leading tech events like Bosch Connected World, Salesforce World Tour and TU Automotive.

Sven Schürer is a global thought leader in supply chain, real estate and logistics. He was Supply chain Manager at Siemens in Mexico, Senior Consultant at Miebach Consulting, Director Business Development at ID Logistics and currently works part-time as Head of Business Development EMEA at JonesLangLaSalle. He is assisting stakeholders across the global supply chain ecosystem – from startups, to asset owners, to Fortune 50 companies – in upscaling and transforming their organizations. He is shareholder at WAKU Robotics, advisor at prequel ventures SCM pre seed fund and head of the Rhein Main chapter of BVL (German Logistics association). Schürer is also hosting various podcasts on logistics and regularly hosts international linkedin audio discussions on supply chain topics. Apart from that he was a speaker on several logistics conferences or acted as a moderator.

Ali has over 25 years of diverse experience across sectors, mainly in automotive, facilities management, logistics, healthcare, ICT & manufacturing. He has worked with top global brands and family business groups, especially in the Gulf region, UAE & Saudi Arabia, with good working exposure in the far eastern markets. His functional expertise is in corporate & strategy development, commercial management, marketing, joint ventures & start-ups – with a single focus on value creation.

Amit is an Engineer with track record of >30 years of Innovation in Sensors, Communication, Industrial Automation, Building Automation, Mobility, EV and Batteries space in India and Europe. He works with corporates and start-ups on chartering growth, exploring new markets, carve-outs, exits and M&A. He also helps companies transcend borders, build bridges and help expand internationally specifically in Europe and India. When he is not working, he is spending his time exploring sustainable & regenerative farming concepts in own farm in Romania.

SENIOR ADVISOR - FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY Philippe Planchat is a Senior Advisor to Anchor for Wealth Management and FinTech. Philippe is an expert in the field of banking and wealth management mergers. He is also the co-founder of eWan Alliance S.A. a company specialised in strategies, organisations and informations systems of banks and multi-family offices. Previously, Philippe was a Partner at Arthur Anderson and then founding partner of Arthur D. Little which was acquired by Altran in 2011. He is also an advisor to financial regulators. Philippe in Paris at HEC and also holds a Masters in Finance and Economics from ESSEC.

ASSOCIATE

Juan has 10 years of experience in business development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Anchor International, he held financial and consulting roles at HSBC Private Bank, Cargill International and the World Economic Forum. Juan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute (IHEID) in Geneva, Switzerland and specialised in Political Economy at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ronay has over 10 years of experience in HR and Business Administration. Prior to joining Anchor, she has held various operational roles at Coutts Bank, Bunge and Cargill. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bilkent University in Turkey and a CAS of Trade & Operations from GAFTA London.
