2007

We spent our early years as a corporate finance advisor and capital raising partner of choice for companies and asset managers seeking to expand into Europe and India.

2016

Expanded into buy-side direct investment advisory and M&A. Partnered with leading European family offices and corporates and focused on a few industries.

2020

Principal & direct investments was born, investing our own partner capital together with a select group of private & strategic family-business investors and building joint ventures.
