Philippe Planchat is a Senior Advisor to Anchor for Wealth Management and FinTech. Philippe is an expert in the field of banking and wealth management mergers. He is also the co-founder of eWan Alliance S.A. a company specialised in strategies, organisations and informations systems of banks and multi-family offices. Previously, Philippe was a Partner at Arthur Anderson and then founding partner of Arthur D. Little which was acquired by Altran in 2011. He is also an advisor to financial regulators. Philippe in Paris at HEC and also holds a Masters in Finance and Economics from ESSEC.

Juan has 10 years of experience in business development and corporate finance. Prior to joining Anchor International, he held financial and consulting roles at HSBC Private Bank, Cargill International and the World Economic Forum. Juan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute (IHEID) in Geneva, Switzerland and specialised in Political Economy at the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Ronay has over 10 years of experience in HR and Business Administration. Prior to joining Anchor, she has held various operational roles at Coutts Bank, Bunge and Cargill. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bilkent University in Turkey and a CAS of Trade & Operations from GAFTA London.
Nicholas Payne
Business Manager
Nicholas has over 15 years of experience in finance and private banking having held positions in the back, middle and front offices. This diversity of roles has provided perspectives of both business and client needs allowing the implementation of innovative business and investment solutions. He has a degree In Finance and an MBA from Webster University and, in his spare time, is currently reading mathematics through the Open University.
Daniel Koppelkamm

A German national, Daniel has more than 15 years of technology investing experience. He is Founder and Managing Partner of Swiss-based Convergence Partners, supporting European companies with growth capital and their international acceleration to Asia. He was previously an Investment Partner at Jadeberg Partners, a Swiss VC fund. Prior, Daniel worked at London-based Man Group, focusing on global technology investments, and worked in technology investment banking at Credit Suisse in London and Madrid and in the Corporate VC division of Intel Corporation. Daniel holds an MBA from Cass Business School London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
